Hi Chris,
My brother-in-law and I travelled up from Hackney, via train, to
attend our first show.
The fares were offset by the bargains we purchased. I bought, from
Analogic, a 4.28GB external scsi hard drive for £100 and John
purchased from them a 2.5" 3.2GB internal hard drive for £75.
Although being used to seeing the expanse of the Amiga Show, mind you
the last one was much reduced, we had a great day out visiting the
KickStart venue.
To have commercial firms attending must reflect the standing your User
Group has. Roll on next year.
Just one small point. Could the threadbare doormat be replaced as I
would not like to come a tumble and damage any bargains purchased. :-)
